Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payments by credit card/debit card only. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Accepted credit/debit cards are displayed on each page of our website. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Most orders are shipped within 24-36 hours, however special order items and items manufactured to order may take longer. Check each product page for shipping information. Remember any product over £49.99 is shipped free of charge
Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship all stock items and use a network of over 70 depots nationwide to ensure that your delivery arrives on time. Please check all lead times prior to ordering.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
All orders placed on our website are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The security of this website can be validated by clicking on the Geotrust Seal shown on each page.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Unwanted products can be returned to us for a refund provided that they are in original packaging and in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for any return transport costs and a restocking fee may apply. All special order items including (but not limited to) windows, doors and conservatories cannot be returned unless they are faulty and are subject to an inspection report carried out by a Property Plastics Limited approved party. Upon receipt of this report Property Plastics limited will either offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Property Plastics Limited are not responsible for any labour or additional materials that are required in order to fit/install replacement products that are redelivered.
